Join Rock Bay Landing as a Mental Health Worker and provide essential support to clients experiencing housing vulnerabilities. This temporary, full time position focuses on direct client care and case management.

In this role, you'll execute critical case planning, advocate for clients, and administer essential support services, while collaborating with team members to deliver holistic care. You will deal with diverse backgrounds and significant barriers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive case planning and support services
• Assist clients with emotional and physical daily needs
• Respond to and manage overdose incidents




• Register and orient new clients into services
• Build connections with external resources for clients

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social or Human Services field
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Direct experience in community social services
• Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Clear criminal record check required
