• Design and implement fun and educational programming
• Supervise and guide staff and program participants
• Develop activities promoting independence and life skills




• Manage schedules and daily staff assignments
• Maintain clear communication with parents about program initiatives

Requirements:
• Experience with children and youth with disabilities
• Robust organizational and leadership capabilities
• Ability to adapt and manage in busy settings
• Basic Food Safety Certification is preferred
• Relevant post-secondary education is a plus
