In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the estimation and project management of large contract work.ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunitiesComplete pre‑qualification documents, review drawings/specifications, develop proposals, and secure purchase orders and contractsConduct site visits and liaise effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors,
