Full-time | In-office (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) | No remote option

About Us INT Machinery is a distributor of industrial machinery serving the aluminum extrusion and steel fabrication industries. We’re a small, close-knit team of 10, working directly with equipment manufacturers across Europe.
The Role We're looking for a highly organized, sharp, detail-oriented person to run our parts and service desk. The first point of contact for customers calling or emailing about parts or service needs. For parts inquiries, you'll own the process from identification through to shipment.
This is not a technical role. You don't need to be a technician but you need the intelligence and organization to keep multiple European suppliers, time zones, open orders, and customer expectations from ever falling through the cracks.
What You'll Do Parts Requests (majority of the role) Answer phone and email inquiries, clarifying information and identify the correct part using drawings, parts lists, and system records and/or checking physical inventory
Prepare accurate quotes and place purchase orders with our European suppliers for non-stock items
Generate the invoice, then pack and ship the part
Service Requests Collect full details from the customer (machine make/model/serial number and issue description)



and route the request to the Service Manager
Inventory & Desk Management Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder high-turnover parts before they run low
Keep the parts room, desk, and system records organized and accurate
Other Duties Invoice completed service work orders and schedule CSA inspections
Occasionally support trade shows and assist with receiving deliveries/unloading machines via pump truck
What You'll Use Day-to-Day QuickBooks
Email, and general office software.
What We’re Looking For Sharp and detail-oriented, above all else
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Able to reliably commute to our Mississauga, ON office five days a week
Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting parts and assisting with deliveries using a pump truck
Assets (not required, but a plus): Mechanical, electrical, or automation background in industrial machinery
QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience
