Central Kia is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to be the face of our service department. From the first hello to the final handshake, you’ll guide customers through their service experience, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring every visit leaves a lasting impression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

Schedule service appointments to keep our shop running efficiently

Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of regular maintenance in accordance with

manufacture’s specifications. Clearly explain repair work, timelines, and costs, and gain customer approval

Communicate additional repair needs with transparency and confidence

Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate, timely information

Follow up on repair progress and keep customers informed every step of the way

Handle inquiries, calls, and customer concerns with professionalism and care

Maintain organized and accurate service records and repair orders

What You Bring:





A strong passion for customer service and problem-solving

The ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers

Ability to work with the parts and service team to ensure the most appropriate options and solutions are being

provided to the customer

Confidence using computers and programs like Microsoft Word and Excel

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the day
