The Woodstock Legion Athletic Club is on the lookout for dedicated Track and Field Coaches across all disciplines. If you have coaching experience and a passion for developing athletes, we want you on our team!

At WLAC, your role will involve mentoring athletes and fostering their growth in track and field. You will develop tailored training plans and lead sessions that prepare athletes for competitions. Helping both beginners and competitive performers alike, you’ll contribute to the positive environment we pride ourselves on.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create individualized training plans for diverse events
• Mentor athletes to ensure proper technique and conditioning
• Lead training sessions for all skill levels
• Prepare athletes for competitions locally and regionally
• Collaborate effectively with fellow coaches and staff

Requirements:
• Previous coaching experience preferred, not mandatory
• Knowledge of various track and field events
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work with all ages and skill levels
• Passion for youth sports and athlete development
