The role also encourages parental involvement and smooth transitions for families into kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop early learning initiatives per the Early Learning Framework
• Maintain daily records and program documentation




• Create cooperative reports and work plans as needed
• Establish and operate Early Learning Programs effectively
• Facilitate transitions for families entering kindergarten

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current BC Early Childhood Education certification
• FoodSafe certification
• One year working with children aged 0-5
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
