As a Personal Support Worker, your primary goal will be to implement and monitor care plans individualized to each resident's needs. You'll ensure the safety and security of residents while also documenting care procedures and supporting recent staff through onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care and report findings appropriately
• Document care and maintain accurate records
• Facilitate and attend education sessions

Requirements:
