You will also evaluate the effectiveness of programs to continually enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain inclusive, accessible learning content
• Oversee project milestones using project management software
• Conduct evaluations and integrate feedback into learning solutions




• Collaborate with teams to support inclusive learning environments
• Monitor and report on learning outcomes for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and four years' experience
• Experience with ADDIE and instructional design methods
• Advanced skills in project management tools and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop insights
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
