Automatic Revolving Door & Entrance Systems Manager Location: Woodbridge / GTA, Ontario
Salary: $110,000–$130,000
Schedule: Day Shift

This isn't an opportunity to simply take over an existing department. It's an opportunity to help build and lead a new division from the ground up.
An established company in the automatic entrance industry is expanding into Automatic Revolving Doors & Security Entrance Systems and is looking for an experienced industry professional who wants to take the next step into a highly autonomous leadership role.
You’ll become a key technical leader behind the new division, helping establish how it operates, how projects are executed, how technicians are trained, and how the business grows.
If you’ve spent your career working with automatic revolving doors and entrance systems and have thought about what you would do differently if you had the opportunity to build an operation yourself, this is that opportunity.
What You’ll Have the Opportunity to Build You’ll work closely with senior management while having significant ownership over the development of the new division.
You’ll help:
Establish installation, service and troubleshooting standards
Develop efficient workflows and best practices
Lead automatic revolving door and security entrance projects
Train and mentor technicians as the division grows
Strengthen relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and customers
Support quoting, scopes of work and project pricing
Influence how the division develops and expands throughout the GTA
This is a hands‑on leadership position. We're looking for someone who still enjoys the technical side of the industry and wants to combine that expertise with project leadership and business growth.




Technical & Field Responsibilities Install, service and troubleshoot automatic revolving door and security entrance systems
Support automatic swing and sliding door projects as required
Work with turnstiles, gates, barrier arms and access‑control integrations
Conduct site surveys and verify field measurements and site conditions
Review architectural drawings, specifications and project requirements
Develop accurate scopes of work for installations
Troubleshoot complex technical and installation issues
Support commissioning and successful project completion
Establish quality and safety standards for the division
Train and mentor junior technicians
Project & Operational Leadership Coordinate revolving door and security entrance installations from planning through completion
Work directly with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal technicians
Coordinate materials, equipment and site requirements
Monitor project schedules, quality and customer expectations
Assist with quotations, pricing and scopes of work
Develop strong supplier and customer relationships
Help identify opportunities to grow the security entrance business
Work closely with management on the long‑term development of the division
What We’re Looking For Most importantly, you have direct experience installing and/or servicing automatic revolving doors or security entrance systems.

You don't need to already have “Division Manager” on your resume. We're interested in experienced industry professionals who have the technical knowledge, leadership ability and ambition to take greater ownership of a business.
Additional Requirements Minimum 5 year of experience with automatic revolving doors and security entrance systems
Strong knowledge of automatic entrance systems
Experience with revolving doors, turnstiles, gates, barrier arms and/or access‑control integration
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability
Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
Experience coordinating projects, trades or technicians
Solid customer communication skills
Ability to mentor and develop junior technicians
Valid driver's licence
Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the GTA as required
Compensation & Opportunity $110,000–$130,000, based on experience
Day shift
