We are seeking dedicated individuals for both part-time and full time roles in which you will support patients through essential tasks like bathing, meal prep, and provided companionship. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are prepared for the diverse needs of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily personal care activities for clients
• Prepare healthy meals based on care plans
• Offer companionship to enhance well-being
• Complete light housekeeping tasks
• Coordinate with other team members on care

Requirements:
• Valid PSW certification
• Compassionate attitude toward patient care
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
