We seek a dedicated individual with 7-10 years of experience in administration of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow. You will ensure high platform availability, implement governance controls, and facilitate seamless workflows. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your insights to automate processes and improve user efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administration of Jira Service Management and other Atlassian tools
• Design, maintain, and optimize workflows and automations




• Oversee compliance with security standards and audit requirements

Requirements:
