Operations Coordinator — Production & Fulfillment — 12-Month Contract
Start Date: November 2026

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

About Wildcraft
Wildcraft is a Toronto-based natural skincare brand dedicated to creating high-quality, small-batch products using 100% natural ingredients, all at accessible price points. Our studio is located in Toronto’s West End, where we manufacture and fulfill everyday skincare essentials designed to support healthy, nourished skin.

We sell our products online and partner with retailers across Canada. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands‑on, adaptable team member to support our day‑to‑day operations across production, fulfillment and customer experience.

Position Summary
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator — Production & Fulfillment to join the Wildcraft team on a full‑time, 12‑month contract. This is an in‑person position requiring 5 days per week on‑site at our Toronto studio.

This is a varied, hands‑on role that works across production, fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and customer service. Responsibilities will shift depending on the needs of the business — some days may be spent picking and packing ecommerce and wholesale orders, while others may involve receiving inventory, preparing shipments, supporting customers, or working alongside our production team to manufacture and package our small‑batch skincare.

The role includes regular shipping and receiving responsibilities, including receiving skids of ingredients and packaging, safely moving materials using a pallet jack, organizing inventory, and preparing outgoing skids for our retail partners.
