MNP seeks a Summer Articling Accountant to join its esteemed Assurance & Accounting team. As an integral part of this diverse group, you will refine technical skills in audits, bookkeeping, and tax while engaged in a thriving workplace. Build your knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and collaborate on multifaceted client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical capabilities in audits and bookkeeping
• Apply IFRS and GAAP standards to accounting tasks
• Manage client files while conducting inventory counts




• Perform walk-throughs for accounts management and payroll
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and P&L; statements

Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Working towards CPA Qualified Education Program prerequisites
• Previous accounting or office experience is an asset
• Experience with accounting software is beneficial
• Strong customer service or client service background preferred
