We seek an enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Agent, either licensed or pursuing licensure within three months. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire property lifecycle from document collection to post-close support, all while building your client list.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with and qualify new and existing clients
• Schedule and conduct property visits in downtown Toronto
• Present properties and address client inquiries




• Prepare offer documents using a CRM system
• Benefit from administrative support for paperwork

Requirements:
• Completion of the Real Estate Salesperson Program
• Registered or to be registered with RECO and TRREB
• Outstanding people skills and collaborative negotiation
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
