The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Agent, licensed or soon-to-be licensed within the next three months. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to dive into the real estate industry. You will work with clients (repeat and referrals) and have the chance to build your own client list with our guidance.



Your responsibilities will include managing the entire lifecycle of transactions—collecting documents, sending listings, arranging showings, writing offers, post-close support and more.
You will arrange showings to fit clients’ schedules (including evenings and weekends). This role offers comprehensive training and access to top-tier resources from a renowned full-service brokerage. Enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule and grow your career in a supportive environment.
Key Requirements: Completion of the Real Estate Salesperson Program (or set to complete within 3 months)
Registered (or to be registered) with RECO and TRREB
Outstanding people skills with a knack for collaborative negotiation
Trustworthy and results-driven
Able to travel to downtown Toronto for showings (a vehicle is an asset but not mandatory)
Professional, outgoing, and a people-person
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
Ability to join Royal LePage Signature Realty under the Larissa Fitzsimons Sales Team
Responsibilities: Communicate with and qualify new and existing clients (training provided)
Schedule and conduct property visits in the downtown core
Present properties and address client questions or concerns (with support as needed)
Prepare offer documents and use a CRM to track client activity
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
Access to a paid CRM system (e.g., Follow Up Boss)
Administrative support for paperwork needs
Access to effective team branding, including client presentations, email templates, and more
Hands-on training from a top Toronto agent on OREA paperwork and lease processes, managing realtor and client relationships, securing properties, finding new clients online (if desired), and much more!
