Embark on a hands-on summer experience with MNP as an Accounting Summer Student. This full-time, on-site role offers a chance to gain expertise in financial reporting and client engagement.

The successful candidate will work with MNP's Assurance & Accounting team from May to August 2027. This role requires developing skills in compilations, audits, and bookkeeping while applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You'll build professional relationships and provide tailored financial advice to clients, helping them navigate the financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical skills in various accounting areas
• Set-up client files and conduct inventory counts




• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
• Summarize and prepare financial reports
• Collaborate with a diverse team on client projects

Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business
• Prior accounting office experience is an asset
• Experience with accounting and tax software preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Adaptable with travel requirements
