As an essential member of Arm's Solutions Engineering organization, you will define and implement automation strategies for effective chip composition. This role merges front-end expertise with software engineering, delivering production-ready solutions to enhance building efficiency in sophisticated SoCs. You will work cross-functionally, contributing to methodologies that benefit various Arm projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and enhance front-end CAD methodologies and build flows
• Develop scalable solutions for RTL quality and verification




• Construct production-quality automation to boost engineering efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and lead methodology improvements
• Deploy emerging tech with measurable engineering impact

Requirements:
• Experience in ASIC/SoC build and Front-End CAD
• Solid knowledge of RTL-to-implementation lifecycle
• Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog and front-end design flows
• Hands-on expertise with verification methodologies
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with EDA tools
