The Salvation Army seeks a Kettle Coordinator for a seasonal contract to manage the Christmas kettle campaign. This position involves ensuring compliance with policies, recruiting and training volunteers, and maintaining the kettle supplies. Effective communication and community engagement are essential for promoting participation and appreciation events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Christmas kettle fundraising campaign with a small team
• Recruit and train kettle workers and volunteers effectively
• Maintain all kettles and supplies at various locations




• Promote the campaign through community engagement and social media
• Provide post-campaign support for future campaigns

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in customer service is an asset
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
