Join Inland Group as a Seasonal Pad Coordinator I at YHZ and play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence during deicing operations. Engage directly with pilots and ground personnel to ensure safety.

In this position, you'll support deicing bay assignments and manage traffic throughout the Central De-icing Facility. You will be responsible for communicating vital information to operators, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring effective workflows amidst changing weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a safe work setting and culture
• Control operations to meet company standards
• Ensure effective communication via two-way radio
• Promptly report equipment or operational issues
• Support the team with safety and performance tasks

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in aircraft operations preferred
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Familiarity with iPads and laptops
• Valid Restricted Area Identity Card required
