Kraun Electric is on the lookout for a Senior Human Resources Director to spearhead HR initiatives. This full-time role demands on-site presence and strategic oversight in a pivotal leadership position.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the forefront of all HR operations. Your role involves driving recruitment, retention strategies, and enhancing employee experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR functions and strategic planning
• Implement leadership development and succession plans
• Initiate employee engagement and retention efforts
• Advise leadership on HR compliance and policies
• Manage recruitment and orientation processes

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Human Resources Management
• Preferred CHRL designation or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of strategic HR management
• In-depth knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
