Become a Site Safety Advisor at Anthem and prioritize safety on construction sites. You will conduct inspections, manage safety documentation, and lead site safety initiatives.

In this role, you’ll ensure adherence to safety regulations while collaborating closely with site teams. With your existing CSO certification and a strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety, you'll perform formal inspections, oversee safety meetings, and aid injured workers' return-to-work programs. Your ability to communicate effectively will foster robust working relationships with trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct formal site inspections and admin first aid
• Provide safety compliance options to field personnel




• Facilitate safety orientation and toolbox talks
• Review Hazard Assessment forms and safety plans
• Complete monthly safety reports and documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in safety management
• Active CSO certification and Level 2 First Aid
• Excellent people and organizational skills
• Construction knowledge to advise crews efficiently
• Proficient in using Electronic Safety Systems
