Our client is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to oversee procurement, sourcing, planning and supplier performance while leading a team of procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the procurement/planning team.

Oversee purchasing, supply planning and vendor performance.

Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiations, contracts and cost-saving opportunities.

Manage supplier relationships, performance and risk.

Ensure continuity of supply and timely delivery of materials.

Partner with Operations, Sales and Demand Planning to align supply with business needs.

Drive process improvements, KPIs, reporting and ERP/MRP enhancements.

Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies.





Support new product launches and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.

6+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.

4+ years of leadership experience.

Ideal candidate to have CPG experience

Robust sourcing, negotiation and supplier-management skills.

Experience with contract manufacturing or outsourced production is an asset.

Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
