Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of learning curricula
• Manage timelines and identify project dependencies




• Build relationships with business stakeholders and vendors
• Facilitate structured meetings and communication updates
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements:
• 4+ years in Learning & Development program management
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and learning systems
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person programs
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Proactive mindset with analytical skills
