Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out case management for clients in need
• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and treatment plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant human service discipline
• One year of experience with mental illness or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license
• Bilingual in French is an asset
