Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate youth life skills programs
• Build therapeutic relationships with participants
• Manage community collaborations effectively
• Resolve conflicts and document outcomes
• Complete mandatory reporting and registrations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in relevant field
• Minimum three years' experience with youth services
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Clean driving license required
• Experience with case management systems is a plus
