As part of the Canadian Forces Health Services team, you will assess and educate personnel on musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on their recovery and return to active duty. This position blends clinical practice with preventive health initiatives and injury education, all within a supportive military setting. You will have opportunities for further training and skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat military personnel for injuries
• Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
• Educate on injury prevention methods and sports physiotherapy
• Conduct ergonomic assessments to improve workplace safety
• Participate in health promotion and recovery initiatives
Requirements:
• Must hold an active Physiotherapy license in Canada
• Skilled in various physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy
• Willing to complete Canadian Forces training programs
• Readiness to relocate for assignments as needed
• Participation in Regular or Reserve Forces expected
