Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze staffing trends and capacity needs
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations
• Lead workforce planning and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with internal partners for workforce optimization
• Maintain accurate workforce data and improve processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in workforce analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Genesys Cloud is an asset
