This full-time position entails managing all facets of child and family services, including crisis response and quality assurance. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure ethical operations while pursuing funding to enhance service provision. Building partnerships with community agencies and guiding culturally safe practices will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for all child services
• Supervise case management and staff performance
• Develop and oversee care plans and intervention strategies
• Monitor program outcomes and prepare stakeholder reports
• Advocate for family-centered care within community initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related area
• 3-5 years' experience in child welfare
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with culturally protected practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
