As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide timely advice on employment, regulatory, and business contract matters. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of legal experience and will develop strategies, conduct risk assessments, and prepare legal documents. A strong emphasis on corporate governance and compliance will be vital to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on regulatory compliance and corporate matters
• Provide legal training to internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures




• Conduct risk assessments for executive management
• Manage company contracts and communications with outside counsel

Requirements:
• LL.B. or LL.M. and licensed in Ontario
• 10+ years of legal practice experience
• Proficient in corporate law and compliance issues
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High professional ethics and integrity
