Our small, family-oriented dental practice in downtown Okotoks, AB is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established team

We are seeking a hygienist to work3 days per week beginning September 2026, with the opportunity to transition into a4-day-per-week full time position in March 2027

We are asingle-dentist, independently owned practicewith a small clinic environment and a long-term, supportive team. We are looking for someone who is ateam player, dependable, and committed to providing excellent personalized patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of dental hygiene experience

Current registration to practice in Alberta

Local anesthetic certification required

Experience with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) is preferred

Proficiency with ClearDent software is ideal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team





Strong foundation in periodontal maintenance and preventive care

Commitment to providing individualized, patient-centered treatment

Schedule
Our clinic operates four days per week with a rotating schedule:

Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

From September through June, Thursdays and Fridays alternate as the fourth clinic day. During the summer months, the practice is open Monday through Thursday only, with no clinic on Fridays.
