You will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing for Qtrade, overseeing performance optimization and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will shape the strategies that connect deeply with customers while ensuring alignment with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute campaigns across digital, partnerships, and owned media
• Establish measurable KPIs and continuously optimize channel performance
• Act as a brand steward ensuring consistency across all points of contact




• Develop insights-driven briefs for effective media strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences

Requirements:
• Over 7 years of experience in DTC marketing and brand development
• Robust track record in managing paid media for acquisition
• Deep understanding of campaign execution and performance analysis
• Effective at translating complex data into strategic communications
• Experience within the financial or investment services sector
