Key Responsibilities:
• Respect persons’ rights and advocate effectively
• Empower individuals to engage in their communities
• Develop and implement Personal Service Plans
• Build positive relationships with family and community members
• Provide assistance with daily activities and health care

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Community Support Worker Diploma
• 2 years experience in community services
• Emergency First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certifications
• Valid driver’s licence and explicit criminal record
• TB test and eligibility to work in Canada
