Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Clinical Intake and Triage Assessments
• Direct clients to suitable health services
• Offer interim support and guidance to clients
• Uphold OSP program clinical guidelines
• Document information and maintain records accurately

Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Registered Social Worker with relevant diploma
• Full Member of OCSWSSW in good standing
• Minimum of two years in mental health roles
• Background in mental health intake assessments
