As part of OIB, you will provide essential daily support and create positive relationships with children and families. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily living tasks, managing medications, and facilitating community connections. We value strong communication and collaborative skills in this rewarding environment focused on youth development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily activities like meal prep and laundry
• Facilitate family connections and life skills practices
• Escort youths to appointments and activities
• Administer medications and provide emotional support
• Maintain documentation as per policy
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education
• Criminal background check and Class 5 driver's license
• Standard First Aid & CPR certification
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools
• Physical capacity to fulfill responsibilities
