In this critical role reporting to the IT Manager – Business Engagement, you'll utilize your analytical skills to document business processes and translate them into technical solutions. With over five years of experience, you will engage with users to identify needs and support system testing and reviews. Your strong communication and presentation skills will be essential for facilitating change and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document complex business processes
• Facilitate system training sessions for users
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for improvements
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests and End-To-End tests
• Maintain effective communication with business users
Requirements:
• 5+ years in business analysis or similar field
• Strong knowledge of business applications
• Valuable presentation and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
