ILS is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to helping adults with disabilities and seniors achieve independence. As a Personal Support Worker, you will report to the Supervisor of Staffing, delivering high quality support under limited supervision. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with ADLs and IADLs according to their individual service plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes
• Follow individual service plans for personalized care
• Provide non-medical support and services as needed




• Collaborate with clients to enhance their independence
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to privacy laws

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certification or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
• Current First Aid and CPR level C Certification
• Solid communication skills with diverse clients
