Vancouver Whitecaps FC is on the lookout for a dedicated Facility Assistant to uphold a pristine environment at our NSDC training facility. This role involves engaging with both staff and athletes to ensure optimal operations.

As a Facility Assistant, you'll be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment while supporting the Facilities Coordinator with daily tasks. Your initiative in identifying maintenance needs and keeping accurate inventory records will be crucial. This role demands flexibility, as you'll also perform various operational duties as necessary throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of facility grounds
• Support daily operations with Facilities Coordinator




• Identify and address recurring maintenance issues
• Keep accurate logs and manage supply inventory
• Drive as needed for facility tasks

Requirements:
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong decision-making skills in quick-paced situations
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Valid BC driver's license essential
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
