You will be responsible for creating supportive relationships within the community and ensuring that all services align with the needs of Indigenous families. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead culturally grounded early learning and community programs
• Implement programming aligned with Indigenous pedagogies
• Build meaningful relationships with families and community partners
• Support staff in applying Indigenous practices daily
• Oversee adherence to licensing and quality standards
Requirements:
• Social services post-secondary education
• 2 years of supervising experience in early years programs
• Knowledge of child care legislation and practices
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
