Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure production metrics through PMs and calibration
• Participate in line improvement projects and act as technical resource
• Train operators on machine setup and troubleshooting
• Coordinate spare parts management effectively
• Implement health & safety practices including incident reporting
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
• Educational diploma in Engineering or Technology
• 5 years in manufacturing operations required
• Three years in food industry preferred
• Familiarity with AB and European PLCs
