Engage and coach users as a User Community Advocate for Configura software. This role focuses on building relationships and expanding software adoption within your region.

As a User Community Advocate, your expertise in Configura software will drive user engagement and increase license revenue. With extensive experience in the Commercial Interiors industry, you’ll consult with various stakeholders including dealerships and A&D; firms. Combining sales acumen with an exceptional customer focus, your mission will be to promote the software effectively and foster a positive user community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative sales with office furniture dealerships and A&D; firms
• Identify current sales opportunities through relationship building




• Negotiate contracts and execute license renewals
• Represent Configura at tradeshows and events
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities

Requirements:
• Three or more years as a CET Power User
• Deep understanding of the Commercial Interiors industry
• Established local networking connections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
