Linamar is inviting candidates for the full-time Coordinator position to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System. You will review incident reports, conduct audits, and coordinate EHS training. This role emphasizes robust communication skills and a commitment to learning regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze incident reports for root cause
• Participate in and conduct compliance audits
• Facilitate actions related to the Joint Health and Safety Committee




• Coordinate and conduct EHS training for personnel
• Attend seminars and courses for ongoing learning

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn new technologies and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and over 18 years old
