As a Lessons Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve managing student registrations, handling lesson payments, and supporting the Lessons Coordinator in various tasks. You should be ready to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends to meet our students' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone inquiries and forward messages to teachers
• Process lesson payments and assist with outstanding accounts
• Help register and schedule students for classes
• Update student records accurately
• Assist with organizing recitals and events

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of music studies in school or privately
• Basic knowledge of musical instruments
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient with computers and office tasks
• Must be able to work various shifts
