This full-time temporary position, ending on February 28, 2027, requires strong leadership in coordinating staff and administrative functions related to seized vehicles. Direct responsibilities include monitoring service levels, cash handling, and daily sales reporting. Candidates must have experience leading staff with a solid understanding of general office practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and maintain training programs
• Design and implement workload distribution plans
• Ensure completion of administrative tasks for seized vehicles
• Provide excellent service to the public
• Record daily and monthly sales totals
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of office experience with supervisory duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
