Western Financial Group is hiring remote Contact Centre Insurance Representatives in British Columbia. This full-time role focuses on proactive customer service, handling policy inquiries, renewals, and account reviews in a high-volume, customer-focused workplace.
You will manage call queues, access databases to complete transactions, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met. A Level 1 General Insurance License is required, with employer-paid Level 2 upon hire.
