In this permanent role, you'll be expected to perform high-level handyman tasks across various residential projects, booked five days in advance. You bring 5+ years of trade experience and a Class 5 license, while we provide ongoing support and training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple residential repair jobs per day
• Execute finishing carpentry and painting work
• Record work details using our CRM system
• Propose additional services during appointments
• Maintain professionalism and trustworthiness with clients

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in residential trades
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
• Demonstrated skills in carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials
• Must live within service area, including North Van
