Be an essential part of patient care with Alberta Health Services as an Environmental Services II. This role focuses on high-quality cleanliness in clinical and public areas, with flexible shift patterns including nights and weekends.

As an Environmental Services staff member, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in healthcare settings. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment. Additionally, you will report hazards to your Working Leader and may assist with training new staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean patient rooms and clinical areas thoroughly
• Restock supplies in bathrooms and public areas
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment responsibly




• Identify and report potential hazards immediately
• Provide support and training to new Environmental staff

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 10 or equivalent education
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and push 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills, following instructions
• Dependable with minimal supervision
• Open availability for varying shifts
