Wild Flour Pizza Co. is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to support and oversee operations across our restaurant locations in the Lower Mainland.

Location: 3050 Gladwin Rd, Abbotsford, BC, with regular travel between restaurant locations
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
Analyze budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profitability
Evaluate daily restaurant operations
Monitor revenues and labour costs
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit, supervise and train staff
Conduct employee performance reviews
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Lead and instruct employees
Address customer complaints and concerns
Supervise 5–10 employees across various areas of responsibility

Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
3 years to less than 5 years of experience
Food Safety Certificate
Experience with MS Excel and MS Office
Experience with point-of-sale systems
Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Client-focused, dependable and reliable
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Willing and able to travel regularly between locations
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road position supporting various restaurant locations. Frequent travel is required. Travel expenses and mileage are paid by the employer.

The position involves a combination of sitting, standing and walking and requires strong attention to detail in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
