Reporting directly to the Development Planning Manager, the Planner II will engage in a variety of professional planning duties requiring specialized knowledge. You will analyze development applications, prepare reports, and provide technical insights to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Process development applications with thorough analysis
• Create and present community planning reports and studies




• Offer technical advice to stakeholders and the public
• Analyze and develop policies for land use management
• Conduct public presentations to engage community feedback

Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in relevant planning discipline
• At least four years of progressive planning experience
• Active membership in Planning Institute of British Columbia
• Clean driving record as per City policy
• Preferred: Certified member of Planning Institute (RPP)
