Herschel Supply is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to accurately manage payroll and employee benefits across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers you the chance to influence our payroll processes and global compliance.

This role plays a key role in data processing, payroll execution, and advantages administration. You will ensure that employee payments are timely and compliant with regulations in various countries. Your expertise will help streamline workflows and maintain high standards of data integrity, essential for the smooth operation of our Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute multi-jurisdictional payroll bi-weekly
• Review and process payroll information for new hires and changes
• Ensure accurate compliance with statutory payroll requirements




• Administer employee benefits across global programs
• Prepare financial reports and conduct reconciliations

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in payroll management and benefits administration
• Proficient in Canadian payroll regulations
• Expertise in Excel and HRIS management software
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling confidential data
